As an expression of our appreciation, we will be presenting a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses (with an estimated retail value of $300) to a current patient who refers a new patient to our practice.

When a new patient presents for their appointment, they will be asked to provide the name of the patient who referred them. The referring patient will be thanked, and notified by mail, for their referral.

All names will be entered into a draw that will take place at year-end; the winner will be contacted in early January 2013.
